Research Scientist – Kidney Gene Therapy

Responsibilities

Design and conduct experiments involving gene editing technologies in renal systems
Develop and optimize delivery strategies for genetic therapies
Perform advanced molecular, cellular, and tissue analyses (e.g., flow cytometry, microscopy, sequencing)
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of investigators, clinicians, and trainees
Contribute to publications, presentations, and grant development
Prepare and submit grant applications

Qualification

PhD in molecular biology7 years research experienceKidney disease modelsGene delivery vectorsGene editing technologies

Required

PhD in molecular biology, genetics, bioengineering, or a related field
7 years of research experience
Experience in developing kidney disease models
Experience with gene delivery vectors (AAVs, LNPs)
