Customer Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities
Customer Obsession - Portray a passion for the customers. As part of the Customer Success Organization, you are responsible for making sure our customers are heard, satisfied and successful
Education - Bachelor’s Degree. Emphasis in recreation, therapy, gerontology, education, or communications a plus
Training Skills - Ability to use a variety of training concepts and principles along with knowledge of adult learning
Teamwork - Ability to work in a collaborative environment with team members and cross-teams in order to achieve a shared goal
Writing and Communication Skills - Proven ability to communicate effectively through email, phone and in person. Must be comfortable in one-to-one settings as well as group presentations, virtual and in person
Computer Proficiency - Required to learn and become efficient with all systems used internally to perform day-to-day job. These include Microsoft Suite, Zoho Suite, RingCentral, and Zoom
Key Strengths - Strong motivation, initiative, attention to detail, and a friendly and customer-focused attitude. Ability to organize time and work independently and effectively. Strong analytical skills and the ability to exercise good judgment. Leadership qualities include the ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of disciplines in the senior living industry
Experience - A background in customer success with a focus on education and training preferred. Senior living experience a bonus
Qualification
Required
