Responsibilities

Email triage + first-draft responses using templates (with clear guardrails)
Scheduling + meeting coordination (Zoom links, confirmations, reminders, reschedules)
Meeting prep + follow-up (agendas, action items, task routing, closing loops)
CRM & tracker hygiene (updates, notes, clean data, simple reporting)
Process improvement (creating checklists, refining templates, eliminating friction)
Client experience support (the thoughtful touches that make our firm feel “white glove”)
