Responsibilities
Plan and execute B2B digital campaigns across email, social, paid ads, SEO, and web
Track KPIs and optimize performance using analytics tools
Maintain and improve website content, promotions, product launches, and SEO
Make data-backed recommendations to improve lead conversion and sales
Coordinate marketing for product launches, promotions, and trade shows
Plan and execute industry events (trade shows, demos, workshops)
Manage contractors (designers, influencers) for ROI
Prioritize and assign tasks to internal marketing team members
Research customer needs, market trends, and competitors
Test new tools, platforms, and AI solutions to improve efficiency
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 Year Degree in Marketing
3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
Digital Marketing Strategy Experience
Strong skills in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Shopify, Meta Ads, etc.)
Solid understanding of SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and drip campaigns
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Must be able to utilize AI-driven tools and platforms to enhance marketing strategy, content development, and operational efficiency where practical. Candidate should either have experience applying AI in a professional marketing environment or demonstrate the ability to adopt AI solutions as part of their role and within the Marketing department
Preferred
Interest or background in ceramics, crafts, or creative industries is a plus
