Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace and shared production areas in line with GMP, safety standards, and state regulations
Prepare materials for processing based on daily production needs and instructions from lab leadership
Track and document production data using electronic batch records and internal systems, including MJ Freeway, Salesforce, and Excel trackers
Support operational efficiency by following processes, communicating clearly, and working collaboratively with the team
Perform in-process and post-process quality checks, including visual inspections, to ensure products meet Curaleaf standards
Ensure accurate weighing, labeling, documentation, and product tracking while consistently following OSHA, GMP, Curaleaf, and state-required SOPs

Required

You have a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification
Excellent verbal interpersonal communication skills to interact with team members
You have basic math proficiency and are comfortable using standard computer systems
You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with clear direction
You understand and confidently work with weights and measurements
You're comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
You have experience safely handling and properly disposing of chemicals and hazardous waste
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time (8-10 hours per shift)
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
Ability to use required PPE when required, such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, and Tyvek suits as necessary
Exposure to environments with high humidity, varying temperatures, and strong odors (such as cannabis)
Exposure to soil, water, fertilizer, dust, pollen and plant pathogens
Exposure to cleaning solvents, such as high volumes of isopropyl alcohol
Exposure to loud noises, including but not limited to air compressors, packaging equipment, and alarms
Exposure to CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA approved CO2 levels

Preferred

You have previous experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or a related production environment
You have prior cannabis extraction experience or hands-on experience in a regulated production environment
