5+ Years of Workday experience overall is preferred
Current or previous Certification in Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence is preferred
Highly experienced in gathering business requirements and transforming into configuration
Self-Starter who is able to work independently and able to collaborate with other team members
Accustomed to working with on-shore/off-shore model
Comfortable in a highly structured environment
