The role involves providing administrative support to production, purchasing, and quality teams, ensuring accurate data entry and smooth workflow coordination.

Responsibilities
Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and document control
Accurately enter and update work orders, purchase orders, and job travelers in Job boss and Visual ERP
Generate production, scheduling, and inventory reports from the ERP system
Support purchasing and inventory management functions, including order tracking and vendor communication
Assist quality and production teams with documentation required for aerospace compliance
Maintain records related to aerospace parts, tooling, certifications, and work orders
Serve as a liaison between office administration and shop floor personnel to ensure smooth communication
Troubleshoot and resolve basic ERP issues, escalating as needed
Assist with internal audits, customer requirements, and documentation tracking
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship preferred
Prior administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive aerospace documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience supporting machine shop or aerospace manufacturing operations
Familiarity with AS9100 or other aerospace quality management systems
Knowledge of basic purchasing, inventory, or production control processes
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and geometric tolerancing
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and manual dexterity
