Giving Home Health Care has been supporting individuals impacted by health conditions related to their work in nuclear facilities since 2012. They are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan.

Hospital & Health Care

Responsibilities

Executes physician prescribed plans of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record

Administers prescribed treatments, and therapies

Performs patient assessments, coordination of care

Performs various activities associated with daily living, communications, and monitoring of vitals while working at the patient’s home

Will be working with patients in a comfortable environment where the service is one-on-one

Communicates with family members, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health of patients

Performs other personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs

Good interpersonal skills

Prolonged standing and walking required
