Learning & Development Specialist
KabaFusion is the largest privately held home infusion company in the country, dedicated to making a difference in patients' lives. The Learning & Development Specialist will design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive learning programs to enhance employee skills and performance, collaborating across departments to align training with company goals.

Responsibilities
Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies to enhance delivery and accessibility of training programs
Ensure training programs comply with relevant regulatory and industry standards
Develop post-training assessment tools to demonstrate the impact trainings are having on business objectives; track and trend outcomes
Assess participants learning performance; identifying needs for additional , specialized, or adaptive instruction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, communications, education, or healthcare field
Minimum of 3 years' experience developing and delivering training that utilizes a variety of multimedia and methods, for a range of audiences
Well-versed in communications, education, curriculum development, and learning assessment best practices with the ability to design and implement effective training
