Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Geriatrics
Ability to provide comprehensive health care for patients of all ages, genders, and conditions

Willingness to work in a primary care practice providing care exclusively to Capital Health Plan members
Desire to meet the unique needs of an expanding population of aging patients
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with support staff
Willingness to participate in teaching opportunities with Florida State University College of Medicine students and residents

Four weeks of paid time off. This is increased to five weeks after four years. Paid time off can be cashed in periodically if additional compensation is preferred.
One week of CME time plus up to $4,000 per year for CME expenses.
Employer contribution to a simplified pension plan (IRA-SEP) of 12% annually; vested after 6 months of service.
Coverage of professional business expenses (licensure fees, local and state medical society dues, and one specialty society dues).
Teaching opportunities with Florida State University College of Medicine students and residents.
Opportunities to participate in Capital Health Plan committees and quality improvement projects.
