The intern will support the Marketing team with day-to-day operations, proposal preparation, and internal marketing initiatives, contributing to the company’s growth and brand presence.

Responsibilities
Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials, proposals, and department projects
Supporting new hire onboarding by preparing employee packets, coordinating photos, and ordering business cards and nameplates
Compiling information from Marketing Coordinators and formatting and distributing weekly reports
Maintaining marketing records and assisting with public relations activities, including event registrations and ticket distribution
Coordinating with printers or media contacts and assisting with marketing expense reconciliation
Qualification
Required
Candidates must have completed at least one year of college and pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Preferred
Previous experience in a marketing or proposal-based role (internship or coursework accepted)
Familiarity with marketing coordination, reporting, or administrative support
Interest in marketing, branding, and public relations initiatives
