Responsibilities
Developing and nurturing relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers
Driving business by identifying new referral sources and maintaining strong relationships with existing sources
Educating the healthcare community on the benefits of home health services
Working closely with the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent customer service
Complying with all sales-related policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Two (2) to three (3) years of home care or healthcare experience
Understanding of health care services
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work effectively and independently with all levels of clinical and administrative staff
Ability to represent the Company effectively in a variety of settings and with diverse communities
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with excellent interpersonal skills
Must be well organized and demonstrate attention to detail
Ability to work within a team environment and with deadlines
Must demonstrate exceptional customer relations skills and a commitment to providing quality service
Acceptance and ability to demonstrate and support the core values and goals of Agency
Proficient with computer and Microsoft Office Suite including TEAMS, Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM software
Valid driver's license, automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation
95% travel required within territory and to meet with referrals sources
Preferred
Proven success in sales
Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business or equivalent
