Our client, Visionary Innovative Technology Solutions, is seeking a Technical Program Manager with expertise in AWS cloud services and application development to lead complex technology programs from inception to delivery.

Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end program execution for application development projects hosted on AWS
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
Manage program risks, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
Oversee architecture discussions and ensure alignment with AWS best practices
Coordinate across multiple teams for integration, testing, and deployment activities
Track progress using Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive updates
Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards in AWS environments
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in program/project management in technology-driven environments
Strong technical background in application development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar)
Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.)
Proven ability to manage large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native architectures
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
AWS Certification (Solutions Architect or equivalent)
Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
PMP or Agile certification (CSM, SAFe) is a plus
