The role involves managing complex projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and facilitating content creation to ensure timely delivery of the report.

Responsibilities
Define, refine and manage project timeline for the annual report, including data collection, content creation, internal review cycles, design integration, and final publication
Establish and maintain an efficient internal communication plan for daily to weekly project status updates (or scorecards) to key stakeholders (e.g., Project Sponsors, SMEs)
Organize a regular cadence of task force meetings with clear meeting objectives and agenda shared in advance. Help facilitate meetings and capture decisions made, including action items and next steps
Coordinate data and content contributions from various internal departments, ensuring timely submission and alignment with established reporting frameworks and strategy
Facilitate and document all internal reviews and approvals including version control
Roll out standardized content templates (e.g., section outlines, layout) to streamline content submissions
Monitor content submissions for accuracy and consistency, working closely with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to support substantiation checking and controls
Edit and proofread content to ensure no gaps in information and alignment with reporting strategy
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, technical writing, corporate communications, or a related field
Proven experience managing or contributing to the production of an annual ESG or sustainability report
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an ability to synthesize data and complex topics into clear, stakeholder-friendly content
Strong proficiency with Slack and Google Workspace
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively manage and update internal stakeholders
Capable of remaining focused in high-stakes situations and effectively instilling team and stakeholder confidence to achieve desired results
Must be available for a full-time 6-month contract engagement
Preferred
Familiarity with major ESG/Sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD)
Experience working with large publicly traded technology companies
Experience working with creative/design teams to translate written content into final report layouts
