Responsibilities

Provide aircraft maintenance, logistics, sustainment, and program management subject matter expertise for the customer's aircraft fleet

Provide cross-functional collaboration between the responsible Program Offices, End Users, and the platform Original Equipment Manufacturer’s Engineering, Logistics, and Operations teams to resolve critical sustainment challenges while ensuring compliance with USAF requirements

Develop optimized heavy maintenance schedules that best integrate required platform modifications and sustainment activities to achieve maximized aircraft operational availability

Assist the government customer in developing and defending depot-level aircraft heavy maintenance budgets

Develop long-term sustainment roadmaps for aging-aircraft requirements and new acquisition platforms
