Responsibilities
Provide production support for critical applications and systems
Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues promptly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis
Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems
Strong SQL and Unix skills
Experience with Autosys as the main batch scheduler, including troubleshooting issues and checking lock files/Control M
Knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices architecture
Understanding of Oracle databases
Familiarity with CI/CD processes
Experience with ticketing tools for issue tracking and resolution
Preferred
Experience with automation tools and processes
Background in client environments
Ability to quickly adapt and start contributing to the team
