Qualification
Required

Thorough knowledge of payment practices and procedures
Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with governmental regulations and reporting requirements
Familiarity with auditing and IT functions
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Must be able to pass Background and Drug screening
