Marketing Coordinator

The Dolben Company is a dynamic real estate company with a family inspired culture developing and managing best in class communities throughout NE, Mid-Atlantic and Southwest FL. The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Marketing team in coordinating marketing initiatives and providing administrative support while ensuring effective execution of marketing strategies across the property portfolio.

Real Estate

Responsibilities

Assisting with large-scale rollouts of new marketing software, technology platforms, products and programs
Gathering and preparing all marketing assets (spreadsheets, data, images, video, etc.) needed for account set-up and campaign execution
Reviewing, auditing and managing internet listings (Apartments.com, Zillow, etc.), websites, and other online marketing products/programs for all Dolben owned and managed communities to ensure accuracy, optimization, and data feed connectivity on an ongoing basis
Working with onsite teams to monitor and address customer reviews on Google, Yelp, Facebook, and Apartment Ratings
Assisting in managing corporate website and property websites to ensure content is current and optimized
Coordinating with advertising/marketing vendors and partners as needed
Managing bill payment and reconciliation for marketing expenses
Performing administrative duties for marketing department such as travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting coordination
Participating in special projects and other duties as assigned
Supporting the marketing team with day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in marketing or related field
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think, plan, and execute across multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Excellent understanding/knowledge of social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Energetic, customer-focused, and team-player mentality
Ability to travel as needed
Located within commuting distance of Woburn, MA headquarters

Preferred

Multifamily property management/marketing experience is a plus
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and all Microsoft Office programs preferred
