Operations Analyst

Responsibilities
Works with ethics, honesty, values and integrity. Provides a position of professionalism to others
Analyzes past, current, and future operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Evaluates operational performance by comparing actual results to established targets, KPIs, and benchmarks; provides actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Works with organizational leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver timely, accurate operational insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
Develops, maintains, and enhances operational dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools
Responds to ad-hoc requests related to operational performance, process efficiency, and data analysis
Assists with the coordination of the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
Assists with the Company’s capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning and tracking process, including evaluating business cases, monitoring project spend, and analyzing operational impacts and ROI
Collaborates with finance, operations, and other departments to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across systems and reports
Completes all safety and equipment related trainings required on a monthly basis
Any other duty, responsibility or task as assigned by the supervisor
Qualification
Required
