Responsibilities
Managing a cross functional, full sales life cycle and technical activities for Cloudflare Digital Native customers
Managing a team of SEs that are geographically distributed in the US East Enterprise Named region
Partnering with the Enterprise Named teams that are also geographically distributed in the US East, as well as Customer Success and Partner organization
Providing the value of Cloudflare products to customers and prospects
Qualification
Required
8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or another related field or its equivalent
5+ years of experience with internet technologies / protocols and / or cloud technologies
Minimum 3 year of team lead/team management experience
Experience managing opportunity sales cycles and identifying technical proof activities
Demonstrated operations and organization skills implementation and driving best practices with cross functional organizations
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven track record of successfully building collaboration around important initiatives
Successful track record of working and influencing matrixed organizations
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present technical and business related subjects to all audiences
Demonstrated problem solving skills, drive for results, interpersonal savvy, and customer focus
