Responsibilities
Warmly greet customers and ensure they’re assisted promptly and courteously
Keep track of all customers and direct them to the proper department or advisor
Assist Service Advisors with administrative tasks as needed
Answer and manage multiple phone lines, transferring calls efficiently
Maintain a clean and welcoming front area for guests
Perform data entry and other clerical tasks accurately and efficiently
Handle upset or frustrated customers with patience, professionalism, and empathy
Qualification
Required
Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
Professional personal appearance and demeanor
Reliable, dependable, and punctual
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
