Warehouse Associate Manager

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and mentor warehouse and logistics employees, empowering them to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the department
Represent the Warehouse and Logistics Department in leadership forums, cross-functional meetings, and strategic planning sessions as required
Own departmental workforce planning, including staffing strategy, labor optimization, succession planning, time-off schedules, and sustainable work-life balance practices
Conduct job shadows, annual appraisal talks, and feedback discussions
Make informed, high-impact decisions that support operational continuity, employee development, and long-term departmental success
Create and execute an onboarding and training program. Assist with training new hires to the warehouse teams
Establish and maintain a culture of trust, engagement, and high performance by proactively identifying, addressing, and resolving organizational and interpersonal challenges
Collaborate with and support the warehouse specialist with special project assistance. Work together to identify, research, and implement new processes or programs
Update, maintain, and continuously improve warehouse processes to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
Be the department HIVE master
Be aware of how all warehouse programs function
Act as the primary liaison between Warehouse & Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, and other key stakeholders to align priorities, escalate risks, and communicate progress, needs, and success stories
Be capable and able to join customer escalation calls for situations related to warehouse procedures and inventory in the US warehouse
Understand and serve as back up support for PSI, FTZ and ShipExec (Centiro) functions
Continually look for ways to improve productivity; own and be responsible for reporting productivity numbers and methods to increase
Track statistics, complete reports as required for warehouse operations
Track, report, and balance annual CAPEX budgets related to warehouse expenses and requests. Submitting annual estimates for future projects and needs
Responsible for RMA review, root cause analysis and corrective action reports for warehouse RMAs
Live the company culture, setting the example for participating in company and departmental events. Support Vision 2030 through regular conversations, encouragement and support of department milestone owners

Required

3–5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
Familiarity with shipping/parcel software platforms
Involvement in special projects or continuous improvement initiatives—such as facility redesigns, process automation, or warehouse expansion
Exposure to sustainability programs in logistics
Comfortable using data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar) to support operational decisions
Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments including direct impact and peripheral
Strong knowledge of best practices in inventory control, space utilization, and safety compliance
