Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential prospects through outbound activities (cold calling, emailing, and strategic outreach) alongside your ADR mentor
Review, validate, and update data in Salesforce
Analyze customer accounts to uncover strategic initiatives where MongoDB could add value
Build targeted contact lists for sales prospecting utilizing tools such as Linkedin Sales Navigator, Lusha and ZoomInfo
Observe qualification and discovery calls to learn how current ADRs uncover customer needs
Collaborate with ADRs and mentors to enhance prospecting strategies and best practices
Qualification
Required
Must be within one year of final graduation from an accredited University at the time of the internship
Pursuing a degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Technology, or Social Sciences etc.)
A demonstrated interest in building a career in Sales through relevant coursework or previous experience relating to sales
Previous experience working in a customer service role is a plus
The ability to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship
