Responsibilities

Prepare, scan, index, quality check, and securely manage documents
Enter required data points into Excel and maintain accurate digital files
Operate and maintain scanning equipment; troubleshoot basic technical or process issues
Prioritize tasks to support smooth workflow
Interact professionally with clients and colleagues daily
Provide guidance to junior team members as needed

Qualification

Document scanningExcelCustomer servicePrioritization skillsOrganizational skills

Required

High school diploma or GED
Proficient computer skills, including Excel
Strong customer service, organizational, and prioritization skills
Ability to sit for long periods, perform repetitive wrist/hand movements, twist, bend, reach, and stretch
Ability to lift/move items up to 50–55 lbs and push/pull equipment up to 700 lbs
Professional, personable, and comfortable interacting with clients throughout the day

Preferred

1–2 years of experience in office, clerical, or related field
Some related copy job experience
