They are seeking a bioinformatician to work in a cross-functional environment, implementing machine learning models and contributing to innovative research in infectious disease and cancer.

Responsibilities
Work in a highly cross-functional environment together with specialists in immunology and deep learning
Implement newly-released machine learning models on a GPU cluster
Contribute to the design of new research questions and the systems and approaches needed to address them
Analyze, interpret and communicate results
Qualification
Required
Experience in bioinformatics or a related field
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
Experience with machine learning techniques and tools
Familiarity with GPU computing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
Excellent communication skills to convey complex results
Preferred
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
Knowledge of structural biology and proteomics
Experience in immunology research
Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization tools
