Configuration Management and Document Control
Cynet Systems is a company focused on enhancing configuration management and document control processes. The Configuration Management & Document Control Lead will evaluate current processes, identify gaps, and implement standardized workflows to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Evaluate existing configuration management and document control processes
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and compliance risks
Develop and implement improvement strategies based on industry standards (e.g., ISO, AS9100, CMMI)
Lead standardization and automation of document control workflows
Ensure timely review, approval, distribution, and archival of controlled documents
Maintain compliance with regulatory and customer requirements
Collaborate with engineering, quality, IT, and operations teams
Provide training and support on new processes and tools
Act as a subject matter expert in CM and document control best practices
Evaluate and recommend tools (e.g., PLM, PDM, DMS) for process support
Define KPIs to measure process effectiveness and compliance
Provide regular reports to leadership on progress and performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in configuration management and document control
Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar standards
Experience with PLM/PDM systems such as Windchill, Teamcenter, Arena, or Agile
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
