Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, joint venture documents, and financing instruments

Coordinating due diligence across title, survey, zoning, environmental, and corporate matters

Required

Large regional, national, or international law firm experience

Ideal candidate would work out of the West Palm Beach office of Holland & Knight, though Miami and Fort Lauderdale may be utilized as an alternate office
