Our client, Symbioun Technologies, Inc, is seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle 11g and 12c environments to manage database administration and support development teams across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day Oracle database administration activities

Manage and support Oracle Database 11g and 12c

Demonstrate strong understanding of Oracle database architecture and physical structure

Conduct database performance monitoring, analysis, and tuning

Handle database planning, scaling, and capacity management

Perform database design, data modeling, index creation, and optimization

Configure and manage: Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle Automatic Storage Management (ASM), Oracle ACFS, Oracle GoldenGate

Perform and configure RMAN backup and recovery

Support software development life cycle (SDLC) activities

Collaborate closely with development and application teams

Work within ITIL / ITSM / Managed Services / DevOps / SOA operational models

Provide production support and participate in troubleshooting and issue resolution
