Responsibilities

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand business objectives and data needs
Design and maintain efficient SQL queries to transform and merge large datasets
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support decision-making
Provide ad-hoc analyses to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements
Deliver client-facing presentations and training sessions on analytics tools and insights
Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role
Strong proficiency in Power BI and SQL
Hands-on experience working with Python, R and/or related languages
Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or similar systems
Knowledge of statistics and economics principles
Working knowledge of the Sports and Entertainment industry
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
