Responsibilities
Purchase, receive, and organize materials and equipment properly
Inventory bulk materials weekly
Responsible for the upkeep & maintenance of the yard, parking areas, and buildings
Facilitate maintenance of small equipment and tools
Operate equipment to stack, load and retrieve supplies and materials
Arrange for the repair of equipment and tools as needed by outside vendors
Facility maintenance
Manages yard personnel as assigned
Work closely with the field crews and managers
Yard safety
Other tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
3 plus years of leadership experience
Strong verbal communication skills
Must demonstrate problem solving skills, mechanical aptitude, good work habits, and self-motivation
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking while maintaining a high level of organization
Ability to perform well as a team
Must be able to frequently lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
Driver's License and clean driving record
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Preferred
Experience working in the construction industry
Knowledge of commonly used industry concepts, practices, and procedures preferred
