Mid, Senior LevelMorton is seeking a Delivery & Portfolio Manager to lead delivery across a portfolio of high-priority IT initiatives. This role oversees Project Managers and Scrum Masters, ensuring the most urgent and business-critical work is prioritized, unblocked, and delivered efficiently.

Responsibilities
Oversee delivery across multiple concurrent IT initiatives
Coach, mentor, and support Scrum Masters and project teams
Ensure projects are prioritized, aligned, and progressing against business goals
Identify and remove delivery blockers; manage cross-team dependencies
Provide portfolio-level visibility into status, risks, and timelines
Report KPIs, SLAs, and delivery metrics to senior leadership
Act as a bridge between executives and engineering teams
Reinforce Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean delivery practices
Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency and predictability
Qualification
Required
Experience overseeing multiple projects or a delivery portfolio
Strong Agile delivery background (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
Proven ability to coach Scrum Masters and delivery teams
Excellent communication skills; comfortable working with senior leadership
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
JIRA experience required
