Responsibilities

Support store operations by maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring a smooth customer experience

Receive and organize merchandise, pick, pack, process trailers, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage

Deliver orders curbside to customers and monitor alerts to ensure Ready on Time completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders

Greet customers warmly, resolve issues, and deliver orders curbside with care

Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and restocking merchandise

Support colleagues with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
