Interior Design Procurement Lead
Logistis for Designers is an accounting firm seeking an experienced individual to lead their Procurement Department. The role involves developing procurement strategies, fostering vendor relationships, and streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency and financial success.

Responsibilities
Serve in a transformative role that begins with department development in the first year and evolves into refinement and team management once the department is fully established
Develop a comprehensive plan for board approval and lead the execution of the Procurement Department framework
Establish standards and benchmarks based on initiative performance
Devise and execute comprehensive procurement strategies, including sourcing and optimizing the tech stack, to improve purchasing processes and minimize expenses
Identify, evaluate, and cultivate vendor relationships
Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to ensure favorable pricing and reliable service delivery
Develop and execute a sales strategy and pricing model for procurement services, subject to CEO approval
Support client acquisition efforts, including upselling procurement services to existing clients
Streamline the onboarding process for new procurement clients, ensuring alignment with the firm’s capabilities and values
Implement and maintain a customer-service-oriented approach within the procurement department, ensuring responsiveness, transparency, and high client satisfaction
Continuously evaluate and refine procurement workflows to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations
Recruit, train, and mentor procurement team members
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accuracy
Qualification
Required
Minimum of one year of experience in interior design procurement, with a demonstrated ability to establish or lead procurement operations (experience within financial or professional services preferred)
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams in a positive and productive environment
Strong understanding of interior design procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, contract negotiation, and vendor management
Ability to analyze financial data, manage budgets, and use insights to drive procurement decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities
Bachelor's degree and interior design experience required

Experience within financial or professional services preferred
