Responsibilities
Support project management and field operations for mechanical construction projects
Assist with scheduling, cost tracking, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
Participate in project meetings and provide updates to the project management team
Assist with quality control, safety compliance, and project reporting
Support project engineers and managers in day-to-day construction activities
Qualification
Required
Construction experience required; mechanical construction experience highly preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
Willingness to relocate or live on-site for the duration of the project
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or related field
