PABCO - Territory Sales Manager
PABCO Building Products, LLC is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to support their presence in Western Washington. This role involves building customer relationships, promoting PABCO Roofing products, and providing project support from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships all channel customers focused on distributors and contractors
Promote PABCO Roofing products and support customers with pricing, specifications, and project needs
Provide consultative support and training to our distribution and contractor customers
Visit job sites to support customers and help resolve issues as needed
Monitor market conditions and share insights with management
Participate in sales meetings, industry events, and trade shows
Conduct product demonstrations and educational presentations
Ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, construction, architecture, or a related field
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Highly competitive and motivated individuals comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Dynamic and passionate people with the ability to present with conviction and convert new business
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Ability to travel within the territory. You will be seeing customers 4+ days/week but there will be minimum overnight travel
