Responsibilities

Coordinates on-field activations for all Real Salt Lake and Utah Royals FC matches and events
Conceptualize & enhance the fan experience in coordination with the Game Presentation Director & Game Presentation Manager
Coordinate & execute game themes, sponsorship activations & supporter rituals in coordination with RSL, Utah Royals FC, club partners & fans to maximize stadium experience & benefits for all vested interests
Other game day duties as assigned

Required

Ability to attend all Real Salt Lake and Utah Royals FC matches

Ability to focus on small details and accuracy in a fast-paced changing environment
Excellent communication skills, critical thinking & works well in a team environment
