Responsibilities
Shape the design process at Seso and advocate for our users across experiences
Take broad conceptual ideas and turn them into delightful solutions
Bring your ideas to life through brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, and high-fidelity mocks
Design the end-to-end experience for features within your product area and outside
Work in a highly collaborative environment with design, product, and engineering teams
Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Operations to uncover user insights
Directly interface with users to conduct research and validate your designs
Qualification
Required
7+ years of product design experience
Ability to understand the business impact of design decisions and drive meaningful product value
You care deeply about customers and enjoy/have experience speaking with them directly to understand their pain points
Can translate user pain points uncovered in research into innovative/intuitive/easy to-use workflows without oversimplifying/sacrificing trust
Deliver on all aspects of UI/UX design, from strategy to execution
Ability to plan, manage, and drive projects from beginning to end
Attention to detail with strong visual skills and understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Experience working with an established design system, and excited to grab the wheel of that system, find where it's breaking, and push it forward
Proficient with modern design tools (we use Figma)
Preferred
You've led major IA efforts before and have a point of view on modern interaction models for SaaS products
You have a demonstrable interest in agriculture and improving the lives of farmers and farmworkers
