Responsibilities

Manage and execute a combination of water, wastewater, and green stormwater infrastructure projects. Projects will include a variety of planning, design, and construction phase work

Manage multidisciplinary design teams of planning and/or design engineering projects, supervising and coordinating several assignments simultaneously

Establish and periodically review scope, schedule and budgets for projects and review progress against a baseline

Required

B.S. degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering is required

8+ years of progressive experience in water, wastewater, and/or stormwater-related projects

PE or ability to obtain within one year in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is required

A successful candidate will be a self-starter with ability to lead and manage people and projects

Strong written and verbal communications skills with demonstrated ability to conduct effective presentations and prepare written reports and documents

At least one year managing projects, including management of project budgets, schedules, staff, and client interface

Preferred

M.S. degree in civil or environmental engineering a plus

Strong technical skills and technical leadership experience, preferably in water or wastewater linear infrastructure, AutoCAD Civil3D, and green stormwater design
