Responsibilities

Manage relationships and daily communications with offshore development partners

Participate in all sprint planning sessions, ensuring development work is prioritized and scheduled appropriately

Monitor progress of development tasks, proactively identifying and resolving blockers to keep work on schedule

Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps

Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to deliver product features and enhancements

Support product lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, documentation, and release planning

Analyze user feedback, market trends, and performance data to inform product decisions

Document product processes, best practices, and lessons learned

Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards

Contribute to process improvement and innovation within the product team

Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and high-quality work

Attend required training and maintain compliance awareness

Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and all applicable laws

Attends training and maintains a basic knowledge of procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing financial institutions, as they apply to your position and job responsibilities, with an emphasis on the BSA/AML/CIP, Consumer Privacy, Regulation CC, Information Security, Bank Protection Act, FACT-Identity Theft, Information Technology and GLBA
