Responsibilities
Responsible for detail reporting service area of accounting (postage, intercompanies, inventory transactions)
Overseeing day-to-day transactions, verifying accuracy and general ledger posting, identifying, correcting discrepancies and handling bank reconciliations
Other miscellaneous/administrative duties including department support functions such as filing, mail sorting and distribution, report distribution, etc
Qualification
Required
High school degree
2 or more years of experience
Familiar with standard Company accounting concepts, practices, and procedures
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with proficiency in Excel
Must have effective written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work independently
Must be organized and have good attention to detail
