Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Nashville, Tennessee/Morrisville, NC
Knowledge of Unix, SQL
Understanding of troubleshooting issues by analyzing Application logs
Understanding of Incident Management
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience and desire to work in a Global Delivery Environment
Experience with production support
Planning and Co-ordination skills
Good Communication and Analytical skills
