Responsibilities
Answering 2-line phones
Assisting visitors to the facility and ensuring adherence to plant policies
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email and online platforms
Researching required information needed to address customer service inquiries
Performing online tasks to maintain brand integrity i.e. customer reviews, posts etc
Fielding and processing wholesale orders
Data entry as needed
Assist the management team as needed in office operations including:
Phone calls
Vendor follow-up
Customer communications
Ordering
Document creation
Sanitation: cleaning of machinery, dishes and facility
Production: handling of raw products such as loading and unloading, hanging, racking
Packaging: handling of finished products such as loading and unloading, slicing, cutting, filling bags
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required, advanced education a plus
3+ years experience in customer service arena
High level computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Publisher, internet research and operation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask
History of demonstrated professionalism in a business environment
Flexibility with tasks and responsibilities
Ability to sit or stand for 4-6 hours and lift up to 40lbs
