Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
Develop holistic digital marketing strategies aligned with client business goals, budget, and KPIs
Conduct market analysis, audience segmentation, competitive analysis, and performance forecasting
Lead client meetings and serve as the strategic point of contact for accounts
Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams to ensure campaigns align with brand and user experience best practices
Manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video /YouTube), Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic, and retargeting
Build campaign structures, set bid strategies, develop creative briefs, and oversee ad copy and asset creation
Monitor performance daily and adjust budgets, bids, audiences, and creative to maximize ROI
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, rankings, and website traffic
Conduct keyword research and optimize on-page content, metadata, and site structure to support growth goals
Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on trends, algorithm updates, and results
Set up and manage tracking through GA4, GTM, pixels, and third-party tools
Build dashboards and reports that clearly communicate results and insights
Analyze funnel behavior, attribution paths, conversion quality, and performance trends
Provide proactive recommendations that improve ROI, CAC, ROAS, engagement, and LTV
Stay current with digital trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations
Contribute to agency thought leadership, case studies, and new business opportunities when needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media management
Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and major social platforms
Deep understanding of performance metrics
Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, or similar tools
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Business Analytics or related field
Expertise in Google Ads, including campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting
Knowledge of SEO best practices with the ability to support content and website optimization efforts
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Ability to translate data into insights and insights into strategy
Preferred
Experience in an agency environment is strongly preferred
Experience in Facebook Ad Manager, LinkedIn Ad Manager and other social media advertising like Tiktok, Pinterest, SnapChat, X, etc. preferred
