Responsibilities

Demonstrates working knowledge and experience in data management
Demonstrates working knowledge in analyzing, documenting, validating, and improving end-to-end business processes
Solves business process issues related to interfaces, and reporting capabilities by analyzing possible solutions using technical experience and judgement
Effectively communicates complex information involving system defects to others
Ability to drive results with a moderate level of guidance and direction

Required

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience
Experience working on discrete mid to long term projects (6+ months) with a cross-functional team
Experience in project management and project implementation
Proficiency in Excel

Preferred

Completed or in-progress coursework or certifications in project management and/or business analysis (e.g. PMP, Agile, CBAP), Lean Six-Sigma, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Dataverse)
Experience working within or alongside a product development or engineering organization
Basic understanding of databases and data structures. Some experience coding - any language (e.g. VBA, .NET, Java, SQL, DAX, Python)
SAP experience is preferred
Experience in supporting process documentation
Experience in tools such as Power BI, Jira etc
