Responsibilities
Must possess the ability to work with estimators, project managers, field supervisors and office personnel
Assist with site preparation, grading, trenching, and backfilling operations
Support installation of concrete forms, rebar, foundations, and structural components
Perform general labor tasks such as material handling, equipment setup, and debris removal
Operate basic hand and power tools (shovels, jackhammers, compactors, etc.)
Assist with site cleanup, erosion control, and drainage system installation
All employees are expected to be 'safety coordinators' for themselves and fellow workers. They are responsible for implementation of ProEnergy Services Corporate Safety and Loss Prevention program at every level of work responsibility
Qualification
Required
Experience in working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
Must have strong communications skills and organizational skills
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment and materials, as required
Must be able to stand, walk, and work in outdoor conditions for extended periods
Must have legal authority to permanently work in the U.S
Preferred
Prior experience in construction or outdoor labor work is a plus
Effective communication and organizational skills
Experience working around energized equipment or utility crews
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
