Providing administrative and legal support to attorneys and paralegals
Managing legal documents
CD preparation for Lenders

Maintaining files
Communicating with clients, Lenders and Attorneys
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in preparing legal documents, maintaining records, and handling administrative tasks
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, attorneys, and lenders
Detail-oriented with experience in reviewing and organizing Real Estate and Mortgage files
Time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency with legal software and document management systems is a plus such as Clio, easysoft, excel and quickbooks
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field; Paralegal certification is preferred
Knowledge of New York and New Jersey Real Estate procedures and regulations is advantageous
NY Notary license
