Accession Lab Administrative Assistant - JBR
Noramtec Consultants is working with a global leader in musculoskeletal healthcare, specializing in orthopedic products. The Accession Lab Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including documentation processing and clerical support.

Responsibilities
Preparing correspondence, memos and reports. Documentation and processing for accession lab
Maintaining Process History files
Maintaining Vacation Records
Organizing and coordinating meetings, teleconferences, and videoconferences
Document processing, including copying, faxing, shipping, etc
Making travel arrangements
Preparing and publishing meeting minutes as required
Preparing spreadsheets, charts and graphs as required
Assisting other departmental administrative staff as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to deal with difficult situations with tact and professionalism
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization
Ability to perform under pressure and demonstrate problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work without close supervision and produce quality work
Handle projects independently on a regular basis
Willing to work overtime to complete projects in a timely manner
Previous office experience with proven ability to manage, organize, and prioritize the details of several projects simultaneously
High school diploma or equivalent is required
