Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform, and they are seeking an Associate Licensing Specialist to support quality control review and licensor submission of designs. The role involves liaising with various teams to ensure designs are licensor approved prior to production and maintaining tracking systems and databases related to licensing.

Responsibilities

Responsible for Quality Control Review and Licensor submission of [League] designs to ensure all items are Licensor approved prior to production

Liaison with Licensor Quality Control and Licensing Departments

Review designs and design names for copyright and trademark clearance

Maintain Intercompany artwork tracking systems to ensure products follow proper Art development and Licensor approval stages through production process

Maintain electronic graphic image library accessed by Operations and Sales personnel

Provide Licensor samples pursuant to license requirement

Obtain licensing materials and resources for Art, Product Development and Merchandising departments

Publish licensing changes to our operations, product development teams and external sublicensing and subcontractor partners

Maintain asset database for all licensor trademarks

Manage Licensing Correspondence including approval documentation, royalties, and compliance

Assist Licensing Manager with applications, renewals, royalty reporting, and quality control review as determined by Licensing Manager
