Rize Network is seeking two Project Engineers to join their GC Client for a major Design-Build heavy civil construction project in Arizona. The Project Engineers will support day-to-day construction operations, coordinate field and office activities, and ensure successful project delivery from early phases through completion.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day project execution on a Design-Build infrastructure project
Assist with project controls including cost tracking, schedule updates, and change management
Manage RFIs, submittals, and document control processes
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and design partners
Track quantities, production, and field progress reporting
Support procurement activities and material management
Participate in project meetings and coordination with joint venture partners
Ensure compliance with project safety, quality, and contractual requirements

Required

2–3 years of experience in heavy civil or infrastructure construction
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced project environment
4–6 years of experience supporting large-scale heavy civil projects
Demonstrated ability to manage assigned scopes independently
Experience coordinating with field leadership and subcontractors
Capability to support and mentor junior engineers

Preferred

Exposure to roadway, paving, or rehabilitation projects
Highway and roadway construction
Asphalt and concrete paving
Airfield paving projects
Roadway rehabilitation and reconstruction
Design-Build or alternative delivery methods
Experience working in joint venture project teams
