Responsibilities

Drive execution and integration of all aspects of the design, development (SW and HW), procurement, systems integration and test, production support and sustainment of the LRHW weapon system

Responsible for LRHW growth and strategy for domestic and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts

Support the LRHW Program Director in managing a cross-functional, multi-site team comprised of Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Production Operations, Quality & Mission Success and Sustainment

Comfortable working in a highly dynamic customer environment

Manage large scale subcontractors

Translate dynamic customer needs into an actionable plan aligned with the overall objectives of the program

Strategize, vision cast, and implement an actionable plan to enhance and grow related business opportunities both domestic and Foreign Military Sales (FMS)

Required

Master's Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration

Experience in development of large-scale aerospace or defense-related weapon systems

Demonstrated experience in leading multi-discipline technical teams through program life-cycle, with increasing/varying levels of responsibility

Experience working with US Army senior stakeholders, with demonstrated performance in building strong relationships

Experience with software development, hardware development/redesign, and/or system integration

Experience with the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) standard and/or familiarity with training exercise success

Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS)

Risk and opportunity management experience

Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience
